By creating an account or using the Homixa application and related services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Homixa Inc. ("Homixa", "we", "our", or "us").
Homixa is a mobile platform that connects homeowners ("Customers") with independent home service professionals ("Service Providers"). The Platform enables Customers to discover, evaluate, and engage Service Providers for home maintenance, repair, and improvement services.
Homixa is a marketplace. We do not perform home services, employ Service Providers, or guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of services provided. All service agreements are between the Customer and the Service Provider.

Homixa uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to verify identity documents, business registrations, and professional licenses. Verification is intended to enhance trust on the Platform but does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or certification of any user or their services.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to:
AI-generated content is provided as a convenience and may not be fully accurate. Users should review and verify any AI-generated suggestions before relying on them. Homixa is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Customers may submit service requests through the Platform. Service Providers may accept or decline requests at their discretion. The scope, pricing, timeline, and terms of any service are agreed upon directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.
Homixa is not a party to any service agreement between users and bears no responsibility for the performance, non-performance, or outcome of any service.
Payment for services is arranged directly between Customers and Service Providers. Homixa does not currently process payments on behalf of users. If payment processing is introduced in the future, additional terms will apply and will be communicated to you.
Homixa may charge Service Providers platform fees or subscription fees for access to certain Platform features. Such fees will be disclosed prior to any charges being applied.
Users may submit reviews and ratings about Service Providers. By submitting a review, you represent that it is truthful, based on a genuine experience, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.
Homixa reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews that violate these Terms. We do not verify or endorse user-submitted reviews.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform, including business descriptions, photos, documents, and reviews. By submitting content, you grant Homixa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. You must not submit content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homixa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Homixa may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the Platform or other users.
You may delete your account at any time through the Platform or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disputes between Customers and Service Providers are to be resolved directly between the parties. Homixa may, at its discretion, provide tools or guidance to facilitate resolution, but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.
Any dispute between you and Homixa that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in your jurisdiction, unless prohibited by local law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Homixa Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Service Provider Agreement (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and Homixa regarding your use of the Platform.
