Verify the identity of Service Providers through automated document and selfie analysis
Verify business registration documents and professional licenses
Match Customers with relevant Service Providers based on location, service type, and availability
Generate service recommendations for homeowners based on property details and seasonal factors
Use artificial intelligence to analyze business information, classify services, assess verification documents, and improve Platform quality — AI is used for analysis and recommendations, not to make final decisions about your account status without human review where required
Send push notifications, OTP codes, service updates, and transactional communications
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
Improve Platform functionality, performance, and user experience
Comply with applicable legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Between Users

To enable service delivery, we share limited information between Customers and Service Providers, including name, contact information, service details, verification status, and reviews. Service Providers' business profiles, verification badges, and ratings are visible to Customers.

4.2 With Third-Party Service Providers

We engage trusted third parties to operate the Platform, including:

Cloud infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services)
AI and machine learning services for document analysis and content processing
Email and SMS delivery services
Analytics and error monitoring services

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.

Homixa uses artificial intelligence to:

Summarize and refine business descriptions

AI-generated results are used to assist platform operations. Identity and document verification outcomes may affect your ability to use certain Platform features. If you believe an AI-based decision is incorrect, you may contact us for manual review.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security monitoring.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information after account deletion to:
